Our team consists of nearly 200 highly skilled and motivated employees operating out of facilities in Michigan’s Jackson and Wayne Counties. We currently have a combined manufacturing floor of approximately 40,000 square feet, and are expanding to grow with our customers. Over the last several decades we have strived for excellence to become one of the global leaders in complex and highly regulated fields, and the preferred supplier to partners like Siemens, ABB, Metso, etc.

Systems & Operational Excellence

New Product Development & Quality Assurance Team
- They will be responsible for Pre Engg, Fixturing concepts, Quality Plan and Process assurance planning at initial stages
- Vision is for First Time Right concept & High productivity process developments at the initial stage itself
Systems & Operational Excellence Team
- Working on Kanban, Lean Mfg, SPC & SQC implementation
- Working on Process upgrades, OEE Analysis based on digiFAC
- Working on implementation of OHSAHS Std in mfg
- Focus to reduce Process queue time, internal rejections, analyze trends of quality data & take necessary actions.
5-S & Lean Manufacturing team.
- A separate team has been formed to monitor the 5-S implementation & sustenance.
- Weekly seminars, events, Kaizen exhibitions are being carried out in order to increase employee involvement.
